Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- ½ cup cold fresh lemon juice (from ~2 lemons)
- ¼ cup cold water (or coconut water)
- ⅓ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- Optional: 1–2 ice cubes for extra frost
- Optional garnish: lemon slice, mint sprig, berry skewer
Instructions
- Prep ingredients: Freeze watermelon cubes for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Blend: Add frozen watermelon, lemon juice, water, frozen berries, and mint leaves to a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Process on high until fully blended and slushy. Add a splash more water if needed.
- Taste & adjust: Add more lemon juice for zing, or extra berries for richness.
- Serve immediately: Pour into chilled glasses, garnish, and enjoy!
Serving Tips

Storage & Freezing
