 Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • ½ cup cold fresh lemon juice (from ~2 lemons)
  • ¼ cup cold water (or coconut water)
  • ⅓ cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: 1–2 ice cubes for extra frost
  • Optional garnish: lemon slice, mint sprig, berry skewer

 Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients: Freeze watermelon cubes for at least 4 hours until solid.
  2. Blend: Add frozen watermelon, lemon juice, water, frozen berries, and mint leaves to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth: Process on high until fully blended and slushy. Add a splash more water if needed.
  4. Taste & adjust: Add more lemon juice for zing, or extra berries for richness.
  5. Serve immediately: Pour into chilled glasses, garnish, and enjoy!

  Serving Tips

Serve with a mint sprig and lemon wedge for a fresh finish. Perfect as a morning hydration booster or a sugar-free party drink. You can even freeze leftovers in popsicle molds for fruity ice lollies.

Best served fresh. If you need to make ahead, blend and refrigerate up to 4 hours. Stir before serving. Not suitable for refreezing after blending.
